Hi, I’m Rachel!

I’m a dedicated massage therapist and Rolfing® Structural Integrator, passionate about helping others achieve a more productive, active, and pain-free life. My journey in this field began in 2014 when I became a licensed massage therapist. Since then, I have continually expanded my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients.

In 2024, I took a significant step forward in my career by obtaining certification as a Rolfer® from the esteemed Dr. Ida Rolf School of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. This advanced training allows me to provide an even deeper level of care, focusing on the structural and functional aspects of the body.

I also hold a Master Myoskeletal Certification and make it a priority to engage in continuing education every year, ensuring that I stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in the field of bodywork.

Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid sports enthusiast who loves watching games and being outdoors. I find joy in practicing MMA and jiu-jitsu, which deepen my understanding of movement and physical health. Additionally, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, always seeking inspiration from different cultures and their approaches to wellness.

My mission is to educate others on health and movement, empowering them to make informed choices that enhance their quality of life. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to improve your overall well-being, I am here to support you on your journey.
